An obscure incident had pushed her to leave, but now the old grudges finally seem to have been overcome. During the night Michela disappears. Chiara asks her family for help: "Who is Michela?", they reply. The girl had dinner with them, yet everyone says they have never seen her, Chiara is the only one who remembers her.
